Windows Server 2008 boot from SAN

Windows Server 2008 supports booting from either an iSCSI or AoE SAN. You can either

• Install Windows Server 2008 directly to an iSCSI target, or

• Install Windows Server 2008 to a physical disk, then transfer the image to an iSCSI or AoE target.
